Introduction

MAUI – Multi-platform Application UI is Microsofts up and coming replacement for Xamarin Forms. The good news is that there is an up and coming replacement for Xamarin Forms (Xamarin I love. Forms is just too limited, so an upgrade is needed). The bad news, it isn’t ready yet. It is available to download and to use for development. It is not yet (as of 1 January 2023) supported by Microsoft. So no help with bugs from MS. (There is a forum where you can appeal for help, but no guarantees of a response, and more importantly, if there is a bug, no guarantee of when it will be resolved)
